Ministries Overview

Local ministry and outreach is the heartbeat of CHAP Outreach Ministries. Pastors Joe and Vicki and the team at CHAP are dedicated to meeting the needs of economically disadvantaged people regardless of gender, race, nationality, religious affiliation, or sexual orientation.

We are here to be a blessing to the City of Burnsville and its surrounding community through our CHAP Store, food shelf, Adopt a Family for Christmas program, and Women and Women with Children program.
