About CHAP

CHAP Outreach Ministries was birthed as a Minnesota corporation on September 17, 1991 by founders Greg and Carol St. Hilaire through strong Christian values.

CHAP Outreach Ministries is dedicated to meeting the needs of economically disadvantaged people regardless of gender, race, nationality, religious affiliation, or sexual orientation. We are a multi-service corporation that promotes involvement of local churches, schools, businesses, organizations, and city and county agencies to meet the growing needs of our area.

In August of 2007, Greg and Carol (who were partners at Destiny Christian Church for over 10 years) asked Pastors Joe and Vicki (Destiny founders/leaders) to step in and see the vision continue, moving forward in the community and keeping the heartbeat of CHAP Outreach Ministries going.

Pastors Joe and Vicki have a huge heart for the community and all people, so they gladly stepped forward to see the original dream move forward.
